Lara MacQuarrie

Lara has a Ph.D. in Leadership, is approved as a Special Education Supervisor, and has an Ed.S. in School Psychology. Lara has been providing job-embedded professional learning in the area of explicit instruction and reading strategies as a consultant at Oakland Schools (13 years) and has facilitated job-embedded instructional consultation teams in in her role as district school psychologist (10 years).
